As the Human Resources Director, Megan Ewing manages all employee relations, HR policies, and benefits for Allegheny Financial Group. She provides leadership training and guidance to AFG managers, and oversees recruitment activities for the firm. Director of Information Management

Jacqueline is responsible for managing all aspects of the IAS database which includes identifying business function needs and integration with other systems. IAS (Interactive Advisory Software) consists of three main applications in one: client relationship management (CRM), portfolio management, and financial planning. She is responsible for conducting company-wide training as well as maintenance and updates to the system. Also, Jacqueline works closely with the practices and independent advisors to implement processes, provide support, and develop solutions to help them successfully grow their businesses. She is involved in several cross-functional management committees for the firm.
