TRANSITIONING YOUR PRACTICE

Allegheny has experience helping advisors move their practice from another firm. We know it can be time consuming, but with the right planning and experienced help, the negative effect on your practice is minimal and temporary; the beneficial effect, significant and long-term.

Here’s the process, based on our experience.

Due Diligence
Interview, meetings, research, and analysis to determine if Allegheny is the best fit. This step includes time with senior management, partners, staff, and others advisors. Review of relevant data to understand resource needs for the move: costs, fees, contracts, agreements, etc.

Strategic Transition Planning
Meeting with the Allegheny transition team and key staff to build a timeline and chart implementation and resource allocation

Implementation
Orientation meetings for you and your staff to get acquainted with the Research Group, the technology platform, the website, commission accounting, advisor services staff, marketing support, National Financial technology and support, and other resources.

Ongoing support
Monthly meetings, conference calls, newsletters, website material—all to complete the transition quickly and easily and keep your practice healthy and growing
